I think Violet Vanderfleet from Evil Bouqets Are So Passe from season 4 would make a perfect evil team up with Shelly Junglelove from the episode Jungle Boogie from Season 6 but that's just my thought and why I think so is because for the simple reasons they both created and controlled plants.

So what are your evil team ups ?

I thought of another evil team up and that is Helga Von Guggen and Yves Mont Blanc because both of they professions are in designing. Helga Von Guggen for her Fashion designing and Yves Mont Blanc for his Shoe designing.

Stacy + Muffy Peppridge (They're both Mali-U students. They could start a sorority in jail! Their child is Stasis Muffin. )

Ariel + Violet Vanderfleet (Another jail hook-up. They both hate men and have very similar goals!)

Another team up is Violet Vanderfleet and Natalie Valentine because they have both had Romantic rejection, Natalie Valentine Because of teenage rejection she loathed romance and Violet Vanderfleet because of her own failed relationships and a boyfriend dumped her for another. They both HATE MEN.

Another evil team up is Carla Wong from the episode "Game Girls" season 1 with Skip Joystick from episode "Vide-o-no! season 6 because they are both Video game designers, they both hate Video game industry and both were rejected by the computer/video game industry.

They should have just brought Carla back for another episode. I think Skip Joystick is my least favorite TS villain ever. He's just so cliche and has no good traits.

Another evil team up would be Neat Freak from Season 5 episode "Virtual Stranger". And Senor Starchy from episode WOOHP-tastic! Of Season 5. Senor Starchy was a Mexican dry cleaner who wanted to "straighten" the world. While Neat Freak is a cleaning villain and his dislikes are Un-clean items, unfolded laundry.

Ice-Solina was in Evil Ice Skater from season 6 alone with Gelee
because they both want to initiate rapid global cooling and freeze the Earth.
Ice-Solina she wanted revenge after her sub-standard skating routine was ignored.
Her scheme is also a ripoff of Gelee's, who also wanted to initiate rapid global cooling and freeze the Earth. However, hers was accidental as she did not understand the science behind her temperature machine. She is also responsible for kidnapping most of the figure skaters around the world.

My best yet of a evil team ups, Gelee from episode The Iceman Cometh season 1 and episode Ski Trip season 2 would make a perfect evil team up with The Evil Santa who was in the episode "Ho-ho-ho-no" from season 5, why because with Gelee's scientific mastermind and using The Evil Santa's meteorology training they could both build a much bigger and much better weather machine to initiate rapid global cooling and freeze the Earth. Gelee teaming up with the evil Santa, Gelee would then get his ultimate goal of having a new Ice Age.

Another team up I've thought off is Diminutive Smalls and Dr. Vomesa .

A great team up would be Helga Von Guggen for her Profession Fashion designer and Tuesday Tate Profession ex-model because fashion and modelling go hand in hand.

Strange no one had mentionned Tim Scam and Geraldine but was involved in WOOHP and both had a big grudge against Jerry and the Spies besides Terrence.

I think Sherry & Ice Solina would be good additions to the LAMOS.
Sherry is Jere & Terrence's sister & like Terrence she hates WOOHP, Jerry & wants revenge. I can see her as a member & Ice Solina. Well.

Well, your post reminds me that I should watch the entire season 6, I don't even remember the episode with Ice Solina. The only thing I remember is the stupidity they did, changing her dad's ethnicity, as if Totally Spies' watchers had no memory at all.

Then, yes, I'm also surprised nobody said "Geraldine". I don't know why but I can see her with Candy Sweet. Infact, both of them managed to create something to control someone else's mind, and both of them seem flexible. As Geraldine was rejected by the Woohp and couldn't achieve her dream of being a secret agent, Candy was rejected by the cheerleaders, due to not being "sweet" enough. They must understand each other's grudge about being rejected on the very thing that they dreamed to do / to be.
