When I was watching each season of Totally Spies I decided to keep a list of who out of Alex, Sam or Clover got more kidnapped or brainwashed and I've listed the episode. The episodes that are missing is because the Sam,Alex and Clover have all been kidnapped or brainwashed together at the same time or none of that happened in a episode.

Season 4 Alex brainwashed in O.P Alex gets brainwashed into a dolphin hybrids in Alex gets Schooled. Clover brainwashed in Mani-Maniac Much? Clover brainwashed in Sis-KaBOOM-Bah! Alex brainwashed in Spy Soccer Season 5 Clover brainwashed in Evil Sorority Clover brainwashed in Evil Gymnastics Sam brainwashed in Woohpersize Me Clover kidnapped in Totally Mystery Much Sam brainwashed in Mime World Alex brainwashed in The Show Must Go On... Cool list. Necro-bump for Sam body change in Evil Circus. A hand gets changed into a lobster claw. Not as bad as Clover's & Alex's head changes though.

OMG I can't believe I forgot to add this one from the very first episode of season 1, Clover becomes hypnotized by listening to Ricky Mathis music while she is back stage causing her to become crazy, destructive and delinquents.
