I'm just about to start watching The Amazing Spiez! from the very beginning season 1 episode 1. I'm just wondering has anyone else watched it and is it any good?

I barely watched any of it. It just seemed really kidified compared to TS. It does use TS continuity though, so you'll see characters from TS in different episodes. I think as far as Marathon shows go, Martin Mystery and Team Galaxy were maybe better received by TS fans.

I do not like. There are no action or humor that make the charm of TS. And the three heroes have no charisma, no personnality...
And the design is really horrible ... |

The show itself has a very nice premise, yet it is not adequately explored by the authors. The characters are not as carismatic as the spies, like Soloik observed. In addition, I particularly think Jerry looks less cooler than he actualy is. Not to mention his sister Sherry, who is kinda lame...

Never seen it, but it looks interesting. Also I agree with Kira, you should watch Martin Mystery if you haven't already. =3

I concur with soloik: the has less action, less humour and less interesting characters than Totally Spies!
The Amazing Spies! therefore lacks the magic that made Totally Spies! so fun. It's also oriented toward a younger audience, hence it's very different overall feel. I didn't like it.  |

update guys I have ditched Amazing Spiez, I only got halfway though episode 1 anyway mostly because the sound kept disappearing off and on but then again I was watching it on YouTube but also didn't like it AT ALL so I've started to watch Martin Mystery, I'm about to start watching season 1 episode 8: Attack of the sandman.

I just wanted to see the show in it's entirety. CN yanked it off air in the middle of Season 2 and I've never season the series be uploaded anywhere in full.

I watched the crossover ep. with TS on the ranch. And the crossover where they save Brit.
As mentioned in other posts, the art style, characters & the rest aren't as appealing imo. It was worth seeing the TS characters in those two eps, but I don't care to see the rest, despite Jer being in them (I think). Currently up to ep.21 of MM.

Update! I finished MM, Team Galaxy quite a while ago, and went back to this show.
Worked my way up to ep.#36 on YouTube (Season 2, ep.9), and found nothing after that ep.  A few random eps. in Dutch are on YT, and a random site had some Spanish eps., but it seems English episodes after S.2ep.9 don't exist, even on iOffer.com for sale. I'm curious why that is. Update: I may be one of the few people persistent/loco enough to search out & watch every episode, including the 2nd half of Season 2, not in English anywhere online or DVD.
I watched all the Dutch episodes on YouTube, and one in another language with a chunk of the screen cut off. A few eps were in a language without Amazing Spiez in the title, making the search tougher. It was pretty funny not knowing what they were saying so emphatically, except for a few words in English that would pop up once in a while. And episodes not on YT I found on DailyMotion. In Farsi. With no titles or ep. numbers (just dates). Sometimes up to four TV ID logos on the screen at a time. But I've satisfied my curiosity on WOOHP & Jerry lore. And I'm a huge fan of Marathon'a art & animation. I sometimes wish I'd worked there, but am content with having worked in an indie place or two in the US. The girls pop up in a few more episodes as well. One at a party thrown for the kids passing a test. Mission Accomplished.
