Ran the first upgrade for the forum since we installed the new software.  The new upgrade came out on December, 30.  It looks like everything went fine.  This upgrade was categorized as a security and maintenance upgrade.  Alternatively, the old board software we are no longer using hadn't been upgraded since it was installed for reasons I won't get into.  lol  This was free of course because we are now using open source software.

Looks like one edit I made to thread title length on the portal has been reverted by the upgrade.  Let me try to find how to re-edit that.

This has been fixed.  Full thread titles up to 90 characters in length will again appear on the portal.
