Totally Dunzo Pt2 underwater action scene- not shown.
The show cuts to a shot of Clover (making me think she pulled this off), then to the still frame robot wrapped up underwater.

I can see why animation would be a nightmare on this.
The chain was a lot of work- had to be long enough to wrap around the robot multiple times, so part of it going offscreen helped.
Thrusters work underwater, I assume!
